Traveling to South India was a life-changing experience, offering a glimpse into the resilience of humanity amidst deep struggles. In a society where widows are excommunicated and labeled as "cursed," their stories revealed the redemptive work of God in their lives. Visiting a leper community further highlighted this contrast—individuals facing societal rejection yet radiating an unshakable fervor and devotion for Jesus. I also had the opportunity to visit an orphanage alongside a team providing humanitarian aid which highlighted the pressing need for compassion and support in these underserved communities. Amidst it all, courageous pastors stood as beacons of hope, steadfastly sharing the message of Jesus despite difficulty.
